1.1 Platform Definition

kbzwin ("we" / "platform") is a platform providing online casino games, football betting services, and other game types for players in Myanmar. This platform is designed for entertainment and leisure purposes.

1.2 Language and Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in Myanmar language and are intended for players in Myanmar. If any section of these Terms is found to be contrary to law, only that section shall be unenforceable, and the remaining sections shall continue to be valid.

2.1 Age Restriction

The kbzwin platform is accessible to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is underage, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.

2.2 Individual Accounts

Each person may only hold one account at any given time. Attempting to exploit bonuses by opening multiple accounts ("Multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

• Each individual must register using their own genuine personal information.
• Using another person's account is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Even if family members share the same address, each person must verify their identity with a separate and distinct payment method.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account, and update it promptly whenever any details change. Accounts registered with false information may have withdrawals suspended and the account closed.

3.1 Password Protection

You must keep your account login credentials (Username / Password) confidential. We are not responsible for any losses or issues arising from a third party accessing your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

3.3 Financial Security

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The kbzwin welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement. You may only withdraw after wagering 25 times the bonus amount.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can be claimed once per player, per IP address, and per bank account.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.
• When playing with a bonus, not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement — the contribution rate varies depending on the game.
• If you attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus and any related balance may be forfeited and your account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Access to the kbzwin VIP program is based on a player's gaming history. There are 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold:

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% Cashback every week
• Silver — Up to 1.0% Cashback every week
• Gold — Up to 1.5% Cashback every week

Progression is based on play volume and activity, and is determined at our discretion.

5.4 Referral Program (Refer a Friend)

When you refer a friend, you receive 8% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. You will also earn 0.1% of your referred players' qualifying wagers as a weekly commission.

6.1 Game Integrity

Games at kbzwin use Random Number Generator (RNG) or Live Dealer technology to produce accurate results. We provide fair play only, and game outcomes cannot be predicted in advance.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a server problem, connection drop, or technical issue occurs during gameplay, our decision is final. If a game round is incomplete and fails, we may resolve it at our discretion.

6.3 Tournaments and Results

Wager amounts and winnings within games are determined by the standard calculations of each game. Any player winning a large prize in a tournament is acknowledged to depend on luck and skill.

7.1 Violations

The following actions are strictly prohibited. If violated, your account may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited:

• Playing using a bot or any form of automated software
• Opening multiple accounts to attempt to gain bonus winnings
• Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the platform's software
• Using the platform as a money laundering tool
• Renting or selling your kbzwin account to a third party
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs ("bug") to play in an unfair way
• Harassing other players

8.1 Platform Content

All designs, software, graphics, logos, text, and other content on the kbzwin website are the sole property of kbzwin. Copying, distributing, or using them in any form without permission is prohibited.

8.2 Player Content

By uploading files, images, or any content to the platform, players agree to grant kbzwin an unlimited licence to use that content for the improvement of its services.

9.1 kbzwin's Right to Suspend / Close Accounts

We may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice while investigating a suspected breach of these terms. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

9.2 Account Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account yourself, you may submit a request to [email protected]. If the Wagering Requirement has been met and there is a remaining balance, it will be paid out. If the account is closed before the bonus wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

10.1 Liability for Losses

Players acknowledge that they play of their own free will. kbzwin is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gameplay. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

10.2 Service Downtime

kbzwin is not responsible for any losses resulting from a temporary service outage caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
